Story: Ravi, an aspiring IPS officer, falls in love with Bimala (Deepika Reddy) and engages in risky activities for the betterment of his town Hamsaladevi in Andhra Pradesh. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when extraterrestrial beings come to town with a mysterious mission. What is the significance of 7:11 PM? Who wants to harm Hamsaladevi?

Review: Directed by Chaitu Madala, 7:11 PM Ambitiously set in 1999 in the town of Hamsaladevi in Andhra Pradesh, it mixes sci-fi elements, romance and a financial scam. Despite its huge ambitions and the ambitious efforts of the makers, the movie was only partially successful. While it effectively captures the essence of its picturesque location, it fails to deliver a truly immersive experience. The screenplay of the film could have been better and suffers from pacing problems. Despite the limited resources, the film manages to impress with its production design, effectively capturing the essence of Hamsladevi and the contrasting beauty of Melbourne, where a significant part of the story unfolds. The meticulous attention to detail by the production team enhances the overall quality of the film, adding a touch of grandeur to the narrative. However, the leisurely unfolding of events consumes significant screen time, which hinders the overall impact of the film.

Sahas Pagadala Ravi Prasad, brilliant as the aspiring IPS officer, anchors the film with a commendable performance. His sincerity and commitment to the character is evident throughout the story. Deepika Reddy portrays Bimala decently, providing a good support to the narrative. Tess Walsh as Sarah also delivers an excellent performance, rounding out the cast. Louis Athanasiu, Bharat Reddy, Raghu Karumanchi, Rising Raju, Charan Kurugonda, Bharat Reddy, Navin Prathipathy, and others have done justice to their respective roles.

On a technical level, the film impresses with its visual aesthetics. Cinematographers Siva Shankar Burman and Fabio Capodivento skillfully capture the essence of both local and foreign locations, providing a visual feast. Gianni's music, though passable, fails to make a lasting impact. The editing, solid in the first half, fails in the second half, disrupting the overall flow of the film.

Overall, 7:11 PM presents an interesting premise but suffers from poor execution. It is advisable to approach the film with tempered expectations, appreciating its potential but acknowledging its flaws.
